2 PAINTING BOOTHS DEDICATED TO AESTHETICS
The sanding process is carried out with the aid of machines, but then the piece of furniture is always treated manually to be impeccable to the sight and touch.
Only then the piece of furniture is ready for painting.
The base or first phase of coating is layered on the raw MDF board in a suitable quantity, depending on the final result to be obtained. The polyurethane paints are mixed with a catalyst; this ingredient allows the paint to dry when exposed to heat.
The final painting and lacquering are performed in another painting booth, quite distinct from that for the base. Both booths are always maintained at 18°C during winter to prevent the paint from freezing and forming unsightly cracks in the wood.
